The Shearton at sunset is a tradition for my family- we go at least once every trip. At sundown they have a little show and a warrior climbs out to black rock while lighting all the tiki torches and then dives into the ocean. The mai tais there are deadly (ask for and old school one) and the bar is situated up a bit, so you have a beautiful view of the ocean and sunset.
